History, administration and policies on use

The RPD, created in 2004 at the University of Toronto, is directed by Professors Laura Colantoni (Spanish & Portuguese) and Jeffrey Steele (French). It is programmed by Andreea Gheorge, Data Centre Administrator and Programmer for Computers in the Humanities and Social Sciences (CHASS).

As a publicly funded research and teaching tool, it is not for commercial use. Individuals interested in using it for non-commercial research or teaching should contact its directors, Professors Laura Colantoni and Jeffrey Steele (rpd@utoronto.ca) to obtain access.

Users who present data or analyses of data taken from the RPD are asked to acknowledge their source as follows:
